Have meal plans not worked? I am a Board Certified Health and Nutrition Counselor by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, looking at how all areas of your life and health are connected. I am also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, providing nutrition counseling to athletes and individuals for years.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Together we will discuss your unique situation in depth. I will work with you, or parents of children, closely in person or over the phone. I will support you between sessions as much as you need, to achieve your health and wellness goals.
