Beth's Biography

Beth's study of yoga began in 1996 while completing her Masters degree in Counseling at Springfield College. In search of inner peace and physical health, she found yoga to be an inspiring and healing practice. In 2005, Beth received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and began to weave yoga into her professional work at the time – women’s leadership development in higher education, in the U.S. and abroad.

Teaching yoga is now her full time passion. Beth specializes in yoga for women, and has earned certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Fertility Yoga, and Pelvic Yoga for Women. She offers weekly classes, monthly workshops and supportive on-line community forums for fertility yogis, pregnant women and yoga moms. All women are invited to drop in to Beth’s yoga classes any time – beginners are always welcome. Beth's classes are lighthearted, grounding, and supportive. Classes include a mix of yoga, guided relaxation and positive imagery to enhance personal wellbeing and relationships. In addition to group classes, Beth also offers private sessions to individuals, couples, and small groups in search of transformation.
