Judi's Biography
Judi Checo is a certified Reiki 2 practitioner, having been attuned and taught by Reiki Master Christine Hier, and continuing to study with Reiki Master Allanah Luna, all in the lineage of Mikao Usui.
She is an advocate of the power of energy healing modalities and alternative medicine as a complement to traditional medicine. Judi is a part of the wellness staff at Community Health Network of New York, where she teaches yoga, meditation and provides her services as a Reiki practitioner.
Judi received her 300 hour YA certification through Conquering Lion Yoga and her prenatal training through Lila Yoga and Wellness Center in New York.
