As the Medical Assistant at Full Circle Women’s Health, I am the person who greets you in the waiting area, completes your vitals, and gets you ready for your visit with our midwives. It is my responsibility to ensure that each of our patients has an easy and seamless experience with our practice.
We accept many women/couples who are transferring their care to us from another practice, which makes obtaining medical records prior to your first visit a must. Obtaining medical records prior to your visit is immensely beneficial for our midwives, in order to best utilize the time you have with them. Having your records also helps to prevent duplicating tests and running unnecessary lab tests. Medical record release forms are available at the reception desk, from our office or for downloading on our website. Along with our Nurse Judi Liebert, I am the person who can send our midwives important messages or concerns you may have. It is always a pleasure to get to know all of our patients and their families.
