Look For New Posts From Cynthia Lynch. Cynthia Lynch is a Certified Nurse Midwife. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in French from Mount Holyoke College and a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nursing with a Certificate in Midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania. Cynthia has been working as a midwife since 1998 and has experience in high risk as well as routine obstetrics. She began her career in the Bronx in a high volume hospital with an often high risk patient population, and then moved to an out of hospital birth center where she worked until the birth of her twins. After moving to Westchester and taking some time off while her twins were babies, she began working again with low risk mothers in a community hospital setting where she has been until coming to Full Circle. Cynthia believes in the power of women and in the normalcy of pregnancy and childbirth.
