Women`s Yoga Flow
In this 60 minute class you will gain strength, flexibility, and fitness within mind and the body. In Women’s Yoga Flow we work with setting intentions and the breath guides the movement of the body. The mind naturally becomes more focused and energy is able to move freely through the physical body. Class ends with a deep relaxation and short guided meditation practice. Beginners to the practice are welcome.
