For the mom-to-be, Suzu, a Certified Arvigo Practitioner, offers a wonderful, soothing Prenatal Massage; combining Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT) with Western Prenatal Massage techniques. The ATMAT Prenatal Massage, when received on a regular basis (4-5 times throughout pregnancy) has been reported to help create ease and efficiency during labor.

Maya Abdominal Therapy is a very specific protocol of abdominal massage and pelvic alignment that helps to correct the position of the uterus, and aids circulation of blood, lymph, and nerve conduction; thereby improving general health as well as reproductive and digestive health. ATMAT has been very effective in helping people with IBS, Reflux, Painful Menstrual Cramps, Amenorrhea, Fertility Issues, Enlarged Prostate, Heavy Leg Syndrome and more.

For those who may be living with long term illnesses or recovering from surgery, Suzu also offers Oncology and Mastectomy Massage, and/or Integrative Therapy; which is a gentler protocol of pain management that incorporates Reiki, guided visualization and essential oils to help with the pain, anxiety, nausea, insomnia and constipation that are often present.
