Aroma Yoga Workshop

In this 2 hour workshop you will enjoy a slow and soulful yoga practice combined with aromatherapy. The sense of smell can help us make powerful mind and body connections and enhance the practices of yoga and meditation. The practice will be gentle and suitable for beginners and will include restorative postures. You will then be guided through a healing relaxation using organic essential oils to deeply calm you.

In our second hour you will have the opportunity to learn about how high quality, therapeutic-grade essential oils can improve your life. Essential oils are highly concentrated aromatic compounds found in the stems, seeds, root, bark, leaves, and flowers of plants. Essential oils have a wide range of uses from cleaning your home to skin care. We’ll discuss many of the health benefits and you will be able to experience various oils.
