Guided Meditation & Relaxation

Guided Meditation & Relaxation meets Mondays from 7:30-8:30. Open to Women and Men of all experience levels.

Learn how to calm the mind, find stillness, and learn practical tools to manage stress and anxiety in your everyday life.

In this beginner friendly class, you will be assisted by an experienced teacher in finding a comfortable seat and gently led through a twenty minute guided meditation practice. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about eastern philosophy in an accessible way. The class ends with a 15 minute deep relaxation on the back (or in another comfortable position) to leave you feeling peaceful and centered.
