Infant & Child CPR

Participants in this class will learn how to identify when a baby/child needs CPR, how to perform CPR and how to relieve foreign body airway obstruction (choking.) This training is ideal for expectant and new parents, grandparents, and caregivers.
Each family will have hands-on practice time with their own manikin as well as leave with an American Heart Association workbook to use as reference.
Babies/children are welcome to attend.
Classes are taught by Anastasia Libovich, Certified Midwife and American Heart Association CPR Instructor, mother, and former public school teacher of ten years. Anastasia has worked with midwifery practices, pediatricians, and parents' groups in New York City, Westchester, and the Hudson Valley to deliver compassionate, skilled and enthusiastic CPR classes.
