Women’s Yoga

Every Tuesday 7:30PM-8:45PM

Women's Yoga, which is also recommended for prenatal fitness, is an open-level yoga class designed to meet the fitness needs of women in all stages of life. You’ll stretch, strengthen, increase your heart rate, then complete your practice with deep relaxation. Our sequence of breath work and flowing postures will increase your energy level and release tension. This yoga class can help to strengthen your body, improve balance, increase bone density, relax your busy mind, and restore natural wellness. All women, including those who are pregnant, hope to become pregnant, or are reclaiming their body after childbirth are welcome to attend; suggestions are given to meet individual needs.

Payment & Registration

This is an ongoing drop-in class that occurs once a week. Payment is collected at reception.

Beth Gibney

Beth's study of yoga began in 1996 while completing her Masters degree in Counseling at Springfield College. In search of inner peace and physical health, she found yoga to be an inspiring and healing practice. In 2005, Beth received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and began to weave yoga into her professional work at the time – women’s leadership ...
